Donna Lilley Donna has been working the field of Adult Social Work for over 20 years and she has also worked as a qualified Responsible Youth Leader over the same period. She has been an active member of Leicester City and Rutland County Council over this period offering a range of support to both adults and young people. She has years of experience working directly with people with physical, sensory and learning disabilities, mental health issues and a variety of health and personal problems. Donna and her partner spent ten years offering fostering to young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs. Ian Butler Ian is a qualified and very experienced social/community worker, with twenty one years of work and study, to add to an appreciation of the social and familial issues impacting on children, young people and families. From the very start of his social work career he has been involved in assisting young people and adults in crisis and this has included helping people come to terms with the issues that impact on them and their families. In addition to this he has also been involved in training service users in groups, and has also planned and carried out training for fellow professionals .
Joanna Thomas Since completing a masters in applied criminology, Joanna has spent the last 15 years working with vulnerable individuals.  Joanna has worked as a substance misuse worker in different secure establishments as well as Leicester Youth Offending Service offering 1 to 1 substance counselling to both adults & young people and running substance awareness programs to staff and young people. Simon Booth Simon Booth has been working in the area of training for over 20 years offering group intervention to adults with learning difficulties and young people from a range of backgrounds. He has been an active member of the Youth Offending Service for over 13 years employed as a case manager, group work coordinator and service manager. He has been a key partner in both the development and delivery of MAPPA training to the police, Health, The Probation Trust and the Youth Offending Service.  In addition he has been a key trainer for a range of professionals in the effective management of high risk cases through the effective assessment of risk, developments of intervention plans and support with face to face intervention addressing both the internal and external risk factors.
